CULINARY EXPERIENCES

BEYOND THE KITCHEN

Discover cultures through the people who cook them.

Hands-on culinary experiences led by diasporic chefs, where every dish becomes a story of culture, heritage and connection. Our workshops are led by diasporic chefs and storytellers who share the techniques, memories and traditions behind their cuisine.

EVERY WORKSHOP IS A JOURNEY INTO A DIFFERENT CULTURE.

Atelier Code Noir celebrates the richness of Afro-Caribbean and global diasporic cuisines by creating space for chefs to share their culture in their own words.

Our workshops invite people to cook together, listen, ask questions and connect through food. Every experience is rooted in authenticity, hospitality and cultural exchange.Through cooking, storytelling and shared meals, we celebrate heritage, preserve traditions and create meaningful connections across cultures.

Every experience supports chefs, artists and storytellers whose

knowledge deserves to be seen, heard and shared.
